Quote from: Crossbow on 20 Jul 2024, 01:07 AMThis was using my Unocart I think to test it out as the Harmony wouldn't load them.

Only functional on PlusCart or UnoCart with latest firmware, at this stage.

That makes sense. But then I noticed when I popped in my Pluscart earlier this week, it doesn't seem to show any updates for it? Pretty sure in the past it would advise me of an update and I would tell it to update and it would reboot and done. But nothing this time around.

My Unocart has the Pluscart OS on it and I don't think the newest updates for the CDJF (sp?) have been applied to that version yet. Maybe that is why it crashed so early into it? Where is it located on the pluscart? Or are you talking about pluscarts with the sdslot as well? Mine is just a Pluscart with one of your 3D printed shells on it.

Elite / Re: Ship Viewer (BINARY!)

I will need to give this a test when I can. The one Elite binary that I did have (Same one shown on ZPH I think), would crash as soon as the ship exploded. Both my main 7800 and a vader 2600 would doing this so it wasn't just my 7800. But again, I will need to give this a go and see how it behaves as it looks really awesome!

Not sure if it was bug with the last released binary for the Elite one, but basically on both my main 7800 and on a vader 2600 I had here that I just sent back, right after the elite ship basically blows up, the entire video would go out and the consoles would hard lock?

Was that a known thing already brought up? It wasn't until I started looking in this forum again that I remembered about this and had meant to mention it earlier. This was using my Unocart I think to test it out as the Harmony wouldn't load them.

Apologies as I was just made aware that there was newer version release of the demo? I'd like it as well please?
And thank you again as playing this is quite amazing to see in action on the old venerable 2600 tech.

I'd likely be in for one of these. Although I'm not really sure how much it would get any actual use. My wife and I tend to shut off the lights and hide at the back of the house watching movies on Halloween so it 'appears' no one is home LOL!
