Some sub-forums only visible to logged-in users?

I noticed that some sub-boards are not shown if browsing the forum as guest, and I'm wondering if this is intentional or not.

e.g., this is how the "General Discussion" forum looks like when I'm logged in:


And this is how it appears for guest users:


Note for example that the "Zeropage Homebrew" subforum isn't shown, and the "Movie Cart" and "PlusCart" ones inside "Hardware Development" are missing too. Compare also the topics and posts count on the two screenshot.

I need to adjust some settings, and will do so. Thanks for the report.
Some things, I will expect people to register/log in for.  For example, downloading binaries.
